By accessing or using Linked Insights ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linked Insights is an AI-powered analysis tool that processes LinkedIn export data files to generate strategic insights and action plans. The Service is provided on a subscription basis, billed every 4 weeks (13 billing cycles per year).

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the data you upload. You must have the legal right to upload and process that data.
• You agree not to upload data belonging to others without their explicit consent.
• You agree to comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service regarding data export and usage.
• You are responsible for acting on insights generated. The Service provides intelligence, not guarantees of outcomes.
• You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed every 4 weeks (resulting in 13 billing cycles per calendar year, not 12).
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You may cancel at any time through your account or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is processed privately within your account. Data you upload is never shared with other users of the Service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Analysis reports generated from your data belong to you. The Service, including its prompts, interface, and software, is our proprietary property. You may not resell, license, or redistribute the Service or its outputs for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. LinkedIn data and its interpretation are subject to limitations. Results are intelligence to inform your decisions — not professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 4-week period immediately preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a fraudulent manner. Upon termination, your data may be deleted. You may also request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

11. Take Action

This Service is designed to help you go from backup to breakthrough. Once your analysis is complete, you are responsible for taking action. The insights are only as valuable as what you do with them.
